I am an evidence-based clinical nutritionist offering holistic, person-centred support with a strong focus on neuroaffirming care in English. I help clients navigate confusing nutrition information, build sustainable habits, and develop a healthier, more relaxed relationship with food.
With over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I provide clear and practical strategies for a wide range of nutrition concerns, including allergies, iron deficiency, metabolic health, and midlife hormone transitions. My approach is empathetic, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs, sensory preferences, lifestyle, and goals.
I trained in Canada, completing a BSc in Nutrition and a Dietetic Internship at the Hospital for Sick Children. My background spans clinical work, private practice, and industry, supported by an MBA and an MSc in Nutritional Medicine. I am also a UK Associate Registered Nutritionist.
I Offer:
• One-to-one nutrition consultations for individuals and families
• Group talks and workshops
• Corporate wellbeing sessions
• Support across life stages, including perimenopause and menopause
My Approach:
• Evidence-based, holistic, and free of diet culture
• Strengths-based and respectful of all neurotypes
• Focus on small, manageable behaviour changes
• Non-judgmental, empathetic, and collaborative
My goal is to make nutrition accessible, realistic, and sustainable—so you feel supported, understood, and empowered to improve your wellbeing in ways that realistically fit your life.
