About Lucy

I am an ADHD coach and psychologist by education and an international organisational and human resources executive by professional background, with lived experience from various countries.

I work at the intersection of neurodiversity and personal and professional fulfilment and performance. That means the work can be deeply personal — identity, self-perception, relationships — and highly practical: managing energy, navigating organisations, making decisions, communicating effectively with people who think differently.

My own late ADHD diagnosis added the personal dimension. Once I began working with how I function rather than against it, things became clearer and more effective. That is not incidental to my coaching. It is central to it.

I also work with organisations that want to understand and support neurodivergent talent, not just accommodate it. That includes neurodiversity awareness, inclusive policy review, and building cultures where people feel fulfilled and perform at their best.
