Tessa Richter

I am a Coach and Author specialising in High-Creativity and give workshops for highly creative and neurodivergent people. My mission is to raise awareness for the reframing of neurodivergence and help her clients reclaim their innate genius, connect with the creative life force and create a life that is meant for them.

I work with:

• Neurodivergent individuals looking to understand their own creativity and harness it’s potential
• Those who can identify with the term highly creative and would like to explore it
• Those looking to reframe their Neurodivergent trait and learn about their gifts and strengths

Having been diagnosed three times in my life as highly gifted, and 20 years ago as highly creative. I have come to realise that not only am I highly sensitive, on the autistic spectrum and have ADHD, but that all of these personality traits – and more – are an intrinsic part of being highly creative.

This led me to reframe my neurodivergent personality traits as part of the highly creative potential we are all born with according to a NASA study done in 2020. Always intrigued by what humans are capable of and what triggers access to our full human potential, I have dedicated my life to exploring this topic.

On a personal level, I developed my own potential in several successful careers: as an internationally performing classical musician, a visual artist, a spiritual coach, CEO of my own in-house training business, and coach for business executives. I also healed creatively from minor and major illnesses, finding my own individual path.

As a teenager, practising and listening to music, I experienced other states of consciousness, which I later understood to be trance and ecstasy. This has been a major part of my exploration and research into the human mind and our connection to spirit.

I have published three books, the latest one in 2024:  ‘Being highly creative – our superpower at the dawn of a new era’, as well as three CDs with my own compositions.
