I am a psychological counsellor (MA (Hons) Counselling; SGfB, ACA, BACP) and ADHD/Neurodiversity coach, with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Audiology. I support older teens, adults, and parents in navigating the emotions, challenges, and strengths of neurodivergence.
In counselling, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore identity, self-acceptance, overwhelm, worry, and life transitions. In coaching, I help individuals and families develop practical strategies for everyday challenges – including organisational skills, emotional regulation, relationships, and procrastination – so you can thrive, not just survive. I also support parents of neurodivergent children in managing home and school life and advocating for their beautiful families.
Alongside this, I work with individuals with hearing loss, drawing on my audiology background to support both the emotional and practical impact. With specialist neurodiversity coaching training and over 20 years’ combined experience in healthcare, research, corporate work, and parenting, I bring both professional expertise and extensive hands-on experience to my practice.
