The Neurodiversity Support Network Switzerland (nsns) provides support to Neurodivergent people living in Switzerland through its services for individuals and groups, including coaching, neuroinclusion advocacy, and resource sharing
Coaching for neurodivergent adults, families, teens and children is now available. Our other services launch in Autumn 2025.
What nsns does
Our network of approved and accredited coaches and peer mentors can help with the more hands on and practical part of life, for example:
- What to do after a recent diagnosis
- Creating and maintaining routines
- Understanding relationships
- Strategies to use in the Workplace
Research
As part of our initiatives, we collect data to establish the efficacy of our approach and are open to mutually-beneficial collaborations.
These data may be of interest to:
- Graduate Students
- Funding Organizations
- NGOs
- Policy-makers
Training for Professionals
We will offer awareness training to Professionals in areas such as Healthcare, Education, Government and Administration.
Training for Coaches and Mentors
We are in the process of creating our program and training our first coaching and peer mentoring cohort. We will offer this on a regular basis to meet demand.
Training for Organisations
We will offer training to organizations in both the public and private sector on topics such as:
- Neurodivergent strengths
- Supporting Neurodivergent staff
- Inclusive policies
- Inclusive hiring
