Mental Health and Neurodivergence: How to Find Support to Meet Your Needs

3 minute read

"Nsns is about connection - between neurodivergent individuals, families, and professionals who truly understand the unique challenges and the strengths of neurodiversity."

If you are neurodivergent or think you might be, finding adequate support can feel overwhelming. The lack of a clear map makes it hard to know where to start, and it’s easy to get lost along the way. Should you look for a professional? A diagnosis? A support group? What about challenges around work, school, parenting, or knowing your rights?

At nsns, we know firsthand how hard this journey can be. That’s why we created a “one-stop shop” for neurodivergent people and their families: a space that brings together information, services, other helpful evidence-based resources, and most importantly a network of professionals who truly understand the complexity of being neurodivergent.

We connect people with providers who don’t simply offer services, but also listen, collaborate, and adapt to your unique needs. Together, we work on finding the right solutions for your situation at every stage of the journey:

  • Exploring your identity and asking questions
  • Undergoing the process of an assessment or diagnosis
  • Getting post-diagnostic support like coaching, therapy, or medication
  • Finding guidance around parenting, employment, education, or understanding your rights

Nsns is about connection—between neurodivergent individuals, families, and professionals who truly understand the unique challenges and the strengths of neurodiversity. We’ve created a space where lived experience meets expertise, and where support is tailored to your specific situation and needs.
