I offer coaching & peer mentoring services to people who:
Have a new diagnosis or are exploring the possibility that they are neurodivergent
Want to explore complementary self-regulation strategies such as bodywork, movement, sensory and communication styles
Are neurodivergent athletes and want to learn about how their neurodivergence impacts their performance and recovery
Autistic and AuDHD clients who want to learn about strategies for their unique neuotype
After being diagnosed later in life, I have benefited from learning about self-regulation strategies. I support my clients in their journey to find what works best for them.
As an Experience Designer with an interest in accessibility, I also teach organisations about accessibility standards in products, services, spaces and systems and suggest practical and low-cost interventions to improve the experience for neurodivergent people in these areas.
If you would like to understand the Neurodivergent experience but are not neurodivergent yourself, I also offer reverse mentoring to Neurotypical individuals.
