I am a psychosocial counsellor-in-training (SGfB, ACA), passionate about supporting older teens, adults, and parents as they navigate the emotions, challenges, and strengths of neurodivergence. Whether exploring your identity after a diagnosis or working through self-acceptance, overwhelm, worry, or self-doubt, my goal is to create a safe and compassionate space where we can work together with confidence.
As an ADHD coach-in-training (ICF), I help individuals and families develop practical strategies for everyday challenges. These can include building safe relationships, emotional regulation, time management, self-acceptance, expressing needs, and organizational skills—empowering you to thrive rather than merely survive.
I also provide support for parents of neurodivergent children, helping you navigate the complexities of home and school life and advocate for your beautiful family.
With a background in psychology, counselling, coaching, audiology, and corporate work, I have experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, neurodivergence, and hearing loss. In addition to my professional expertise, I have personal experience with the strengths and challenges of neurodivergence, giving me a deep, first-hand understanding of the journey.
I am English-Swiss and have lived in the Zurich region for 20 years. I’m also a proud parent of three wonderful teenagers and a loyal rescue dog!
Let’s work together to help you move forward on your journey.
