About Susan

I offer coaching & mentoring services to:

  • Professionals and executives managing focus, leadership, and burnout in high-pressure environments
  • Young adults navigating transitions, social skills, confidence, and executive function
  • Children, parents and families building practical strategies and empathy to support loved ones through school and family life
  • Teams and organizations creating inclusive, neurodiversity-friendly, and psychologically safe cultures
  • Individuals and workplaces facing conflict or communication breakdowns, helping reframe challenges through a neuro-inclusive lens

Discovering my own neurodivergence at the height of a successful global career reshaped how I live, lead, and coach. It helped me recognise the drive, creativity, and empathy that fuelled my work – and the hidden toll it sometimes took.

Today, I’m a certified neurodiversity and ADHD coach supporting professionals, young adults, families, and teams to harness their unique minds and thrive. My coaching blends neuroscience, systems thinking, and creative methods like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to build clarity, resilience, and confidence.

I also work with organizations ready to move beyond inclusion statements and create truly neuro-inclusive, psychologically safe cultures. With tools like CINERGY® conflict management coaching, I help shift not just mindsets – but systems.

I hold ICF ACC and PAAC PCAC credentials, an IDC Professional Coach Diploma, and certifications in CINERGY® conflict coaching, team coaching, and ensa mental health first aid. My earlier career spanned 20+ years with global institutions including the BBC, WHO, UNICEF, the UN, and Gavi.

I can help you:

  • Harness your neurodivergent strengths as assets, not obstacles
  • Navigate high-stakes transitions, career shifts, and emotional overwhelm
  • Transform communication challenges and manage conflict constructively
  • Strengthen executive function – focus, planning, time, and energy management
  • Support families and young adults to build understanding and confidence
  • Empower teams and organizations to build inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces
  • Using creative tools like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® to unlock innovation and insight
