I am a Coaching Psychologist specialising in neurodiversity, working across the UK and Switzerland. Now based in Basel, I am passionate about supporting neurodivergent people through evidence‑based coaching.
I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MSc in Clinical Psychology, and an ILM Level 7 qualification in Senior and Executive Coaching and Mentoring. With over 12 years of full‑time experience, I have coached more than 600 clients and delivered over 2,000 hours of coaching. My work spans sectors including education, technology, finance, and healthcare, supporting everyone from young adults entering the workplace to senior leaders in large organisations.
I have worked as a Senior Coach at one of the UK’s leading neurodiversity coaching companies, Genius Within, where I led coaching contracts and teams.
Alongside my 1‑to‑1 coaching, I delivered neurodiversity awareness training for organisations such as KPMG, the Bank of England, and the NHS. I also conduct workplace needs assessments and co‑coaching sessions with managers to help create inclusive, sustainable support systems.

How Sessions Work:

I tailor every session to your individual needs. I’m happy to guide the process with structure or follow your natural flow, whichever feels most supportive and empowering.
Regardless of the approach, I make sure each session ends with clear, actionable steps you can take forward. I also recognise how difficult it can be to stay fully present while taking notes, so I can provide a short written summary after each session to support memory and help you put insights into practice.

How to Book:
I understand that choosing a coach is a meaningful decision, especially when starting with someone new. To make things easier, I offer a free 15‑minute consultation so we can both get a sense of whether the fit feels right.
To keep things simple in an admin‑heavy world, I use Calendly so you can book a time that works for you with ease. However, I can also be flexible with evening coaching sessions—please feel free to email me to discuss options.
