I offer psychosocial coaching and counseling to:
As a daughter to neurodivergent parents, I grew up in a household where different was simply the baseline. That shaped everything: how I listen, what I notice, and a deep understanding that there is nothing wrong with a mind that works differently.
I’m a coach and soon-to-be psychologist with a background in humanistic and systemic psychology. I hold a degree in person-centered counseling and a Master in Coaching, combined with 10+ years of experience spanning corporate boardrooms and client work in my private practice. I’ve sat with top managers on the brink of burnout and with individuals quietly carrying the weight of feeling like they have never truly belonged. I’m also a published confessional poet; and I believe that how we tell our story matters just as much as the story itself.
I can support you with:
Everything I do leads back to one thing: Finding the courage to build a life you deem worth living. I believe you already hold everything you need within yourself. I see my role in asking the (sometimes tough) questions and making space for what can be found underneath the noise. I don’t offer a fixed program – we work with what you bring and build from there.
My sessions are 60 minutes long and booked directly through Calendly. If you don’t find a suitable slot, feel free to reach out through email or Whatsapp, so we can explore alternative options.
