Carolina helps neurodivergent professionals develop creative, personal strategies to get things done efficiently and sustainably. With over 12 years of experience in social research and the humanitarian sector, she bridges the gap between a clinical diagnosis and lived reality. Like her clients, she strives to find a balance between self-acceptance, self-improvement, and self-compassion. In her spare time, she visits people in prison and trains future visitors how to listen authentically and without judgment. She speaks English, French, and Spanish and uses she/her pronouns.
